Think Challenger: Let’s ruffle some feathers!
The beginning is a very good place to start so it’s advantageous that it’s where I come in. I work with clients to find their place within their category. I contextualise their brand against the competition to unearth their purpose, their passion and tell their story so that it clearly resonates to win fans, not customers. The aim isn’t brand awareness, but brand insistence.
My specialities are holding up mirrors, having opinions and honing in on sweet spots.
What I’ve done
I’ve worked with brands for over 15 years, both in-house and agency side. I now use this experience to distill the ‘big agency’ service so that it’s approachable, flexible and accessible to all, in particular start up’s and SME’s.
In short, I’m the relationship councillor between you and your audience – it’s about building long term relationships with your brand based on love, truth and trust.
